CORPORATE PROFILE

Great Northern Grain Terminals Ltd. is an independently owned and operated grain company that was established in 1986. We have worked hard over the years and have earned a reputation for our business integrity and for our ability to help our producers maximize the return on their investments.

Our success is based on three key factors.

2. An aggressive and energetic sales and marketing team
   
3. A modern grain handling facility equipped with cleaning, drying and bagging facilities to offer a wide variety of service options to our customer.

The company owns and operates the following in the province of Alberta:

• A 17,300 mt terminal in Nampa, Alberta
• A 7,920 mt terminal in Killam, Alberta
• Producer and Dealer Car network for the origination of Canadian Wheat Board and non-Board grain.

Great Northern Grain Terminals Ltd. has Canadian Wheat Board status and both our terminals are licensed as primary elevators with the Canadian Grain Commission. GNG provides grain handling, drying, cleaning, and merchandising services to individuals and businesses in the Peace River and Killam regions and offers producer car-marketing services throughout Western Canada.

We are the industry leader of independently owned and operated grain terminals within the Peace Region, and are committed to working hard to maintain that reputation and to expand throughout Western canada.
